During these trying economic times many homeowners are in trouble.  They are behind on their mortgage payments and maybe facing foreclosure.  In the past there was nothing that could be done to help.

I am working with the homeowners and the lending institution to find solutions to keep the homeowner in their house.

A loan modification is not a Refinance, is not a new loan, and does not require a credit check.  We simply re work your current loan to have it affordable for you and to make sense to the lending institution.

There are many variables for the modification process. You may be able to work with the lender yourself and have good results.  Many homeowners retain my services to negotiate with the lenders for them.
